organization. We value your trust in us and will not abuse it.
For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes
only the visitor's IP address, but not the e-mail address. The information
we collect is used for internal review and is then deleted.
We use cookies to record session information, such as items that
consumers add to their shopping cart, and general statistical information
regarding traffic volume on a monthly basis.
Our shopping cart uses e-mail addresses to record your order history and
address information for your convenience.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only
receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they
have placed online if there is a problem or question about the order.
We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server
companies.
When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information such
as financial or contact information, we redirect visitors to a secure server.
We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities
to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we
have collected from you at our site. We do NOT routinely store customers'
credit card information. If requested by the customer to retain credit card
information for future use, we store it offline.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Le Sanctuaire ships all orders on the next business day following receipt of order. All shipment is by USPS and orders typically arrive within three business days. In the unlikely event that shipments arrive in a damaged condition, please e-mail or call us and we would be happy to provide a replacement.
As for returns, we accept returns and always want you to be satisfied with your experience. Should an issue come up, please let us know immediately and we will work with you to resolve the problem.
